In 1992, Moore Langen made a commitment to its major clients that it would provide all of its prepress, printing, finishing and fabrication services in-house. Those promises have been kept, and today Moore Langen is one of the most self-contained, high-tech, sheetfed printing companies in the United States.

Our prepress department has full electronic and mechanical capabilities, including design, scanning, and multiple proofing alternatives - whether the client’s software is Mac or PC based. Through the Company’s secure FTP site, Moore Langen receives Web-linked PDF and Application files from national and international clients. We also develop web sites that are used exclusively by our clients.

Moore Langen is excellent at printing with specialty inks, such as hexachrome, metallic and fluorescent inks. In addition, the Company produces some of the best print-over-foil in the United States. Our capabilities include stochastic and up to 300 line screens.

New technologies are coordinated closely with Clients, Suppliers, and Independent Technology Partners, and have provided Moore Langen’s clients a competitive advantage in their markets. By working with reputable suppliers, we have developed strong product testing relationships that ensure consistent product quality - whether the print substrate is a paper, board, plastic or other synthetic material.

The Company’s eight printing presses range up to 40”in width, and can accommodate up to six colors in one pass, and thicknesses up to 24 point. Production takes place in environmentally controlled facilities, which are secured, and fire protected.

Our finishing capabilities are among the most extensive in the United States, and include various types of film lamination, overall and spot water-based coatings, UV coatings, Glow-In-The-Dark, Sparkle, Duracoat, FX, and Leatherette coatings.

Moore Langen's finishes are supported by high-speed folder/gluers that handle substrates from fine papers through corrugation. Last, we offer saddlesticthing, plastic spiral, wire-o, and perfect binding.

Moore Langen has remarkable registration with its high-speed foil stamping, embossing and die-cutting presses (up to 50”). We are one of the few companies in the United States that has perfected the science of producing high-quality print over Registered Holograms- thus providing design and security products that our clients’ competitors cannot offer.
